Maravillosa! Positive: Lo limpio y cuidado que estaba el alojamiento, parecia nuevo, todo en perfecto estado, la decoración muy cuidada y bonita. El entorno y las instalaciones muy bien, la piscina es muy bonita.

Mooi huis, met prachtig zwembad op hele fijne locatie Positive: Het huis is super sfeervol ingericht, het is mega schoon en netjes. Veel spullen aanwezig die je kan gebruiken. Locatie ook super, dicht bij het strand en leuke boulevard. Het zwembad met het gras eromheen is echt fantastisch. Perfect voor onze dochter van 1,5 jaar! Negative: De badkamers stonken heel erg, waardoor de woonkamer soms ook stonk. Dit was erg jammer. Ze konden er ook niks aan doen werd ons verteld, omdat het ook komt omdat je dicht bij het strand zit. Ook waren er wel wat aanwezige buren aan 1 kant, we weten niet zeker of dit studenten waren of gewoon vrienden van. Contactpersonen waren erg vriendelijk en snel bereikbaar voor problemen, dit was fijn.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Tucan and would highly recommend it to others. Positive: The location was excellent - very near the Arenal beach, restaurants, shops etc. The property was well laid out and equipped. There were plenty of soft towels for the house and pool/beach. We really appreciated the bottle of Cava, crisps and other "goodies" on arrival. The crockery and cutlery were plentiful, plus lots of glasses. The bathrooms were lovely and a good size. The owner, Sol and his local 'manager' Angela were extremely helpful. The whole place was immaculate and clean. Negative: The only reason for not giving a 10 rating was there was a problem using the safe which was resolved after couple of days. Also a rack or shelf in the oven would be a useful addition.
